A masterplan is a dynamic long-term planning framework that provides a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development. Masterplanning is about making the connection between buildings, social settings, and their surrounding environments.
Our work in Masterplanning can be considered as part of the process of developing the brief. The purpose of this broad process is to encourage creative thinking to test how these ideas might work in practice and generate a robust logic to underpin the means to bring about change. The culmination of our work is varied and this might include a policy document, a design code, a feasibility report or business case, a planning application or a design for a building
