This is an ambitious development from Self Architects to regenerate the area and create a new urban village and community, centred around the existing Grade II Listed St. Oswald’s church. The site on the banks of the River Don centres the residential elements of houses and apartments on a new square with St. Oswald’s Church and also a village green. The commercial elements are spread to the periphery and along Grove Road with offices, a business centre, retail units, live/work units, a nursery & community building.
