Monaghans were appointed to provide a Quinquennial Condition Survey (Planned Maintenance Costed Report) for the Youth Hostel Association at Ilam Hall.
The Grade II listed, 17th Century gothic manor sits in 84 acres of National Trust parkland and Monaghans highlighted the structural movement to main gable elevation and other defects and shortcomings that the YHA could budget and programme.
