Monaghans provided cost management services for the extension and connection to the existing headquarters complex to provide an additional 50,000 ft² of production facility, 13,000 ft² two storey office accommodation including directors' suites, welfare and sanitary facilities together with a two storey link building of 4,600 ft² incorporating new reception facilities, breakout areas and informal meeting space.
