M&S Battersea

Monaghans recently provided Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor roles for the design and construction phases on the first standalone M&S clothing and home only store, at Battersea Power Station.

A very proud moment to deliver this exciting new concept for client M&S, at such an iconic venue. Its location did however bring a few challenges, including maintaining the original building fabric and as the unit was landlocked it did mean the need to steer some logistical barriers.

Monaghans' experience, teamwork and long-standing partnership with M&S meant they were able to deliver on time to the highest standards.
