Scarborough UTC provides 14-18 year olds with vocational training focused on engineering as well as core academic subjects within a three storey steel framed building supported by CFA piled foundations.

Coventry University’s building provides higher education facilities within a new campus environment in Scarborough. This 3 storey steel framed building forms a key part of the overall £45m sports and education masterplan for the Weaponness Rd site.

Both of these projects by Roscoe were delivered through Scape’s National Major Works Framework.
